Ignite Membership Option
Our Level 1 membership offers you full access to our Gym during opening hours, use of all Group Sessions*, your very own weekly Training Program compiled by our expert Trainers as well as a tailored Meal Plan and weekly shopping list to ensure you stay on track! You also have access to your very own member portal where all of your programming, meal plans, recipes and shopping lists are conveniently stored for you.
Inferno Membership Option
Our Inferno Membership Option includes everything listed in our Ignite Option with the added benefit of 1 x Personal Training Session per week for that extra little push. All of our Personal Trainers are highly qualified and experts in their respective fields. We are registered with Fitness Australia so you know you are getting the best! Session duration is usually 30mins, but options are available for 45min and 60min should you need it!
Incinerate Membership Option
If you are serious about getting results fast then our Incinerate Membership Option will be right up your alley! Our Incinerate Membership Option includes everything listed in our Ignite Membership with the added benefit of 2 x Personal Training Sessions per week. If you want to be pushed hard, require a tonne of motivation, or just need an expert eye to assist with technique then look no further. Stop existing and start living!
CrossFit Barrage Membership
Welcome to the most comprehensive CrosssFit program in Brisbane! CrossFit has been proven to be the best way to build overall strength and conditioning and we focus on training methodologies such as weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning. In short, constantly varied, functional movement performed at relatively high intensity. We offer a complete fundamentals package consisting of 3 one on one sessions as part of your membership to ensure your safety and continued enjoyment of CrossFit.
Bootcamp Membership Option
If you are pressed for time and enjoy training in a group style environment our Bootcamp membership will whip you into shape in no time at all! The Bootcamp membership is a good intro into our Gym and Community and allows you access to three Bootcamp sessions per week. It's a great way to meet new people, check out what we have on offer and of course get results. Focused on utilising functional movement, cardio as well as strength training, you can't go wrong with this great style of training!
