Nico has been involved in Health & Fitness for most of his life and the reason he loves the industry so much is a pretty simple one, he wants to empower people to live extraordinary lives. Nico believes that every person should be given the opportunity, tools and guidance to ignite the very best that life has to offer. With industry leading qualifications in Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, CrossFit, Nutrition and Project Management, Nico can not only map your path to success, but guide you along the way ensuring your desired results are reached in the most efficient and effective way possible.
With nearly a decade of experience as a Personal Trainer, Will has seen and done it all. Will has competed at National level in various sporting codes and has vast experience in strength and conditioning training, Olympic lifting, hypertrophy training and general physical preparedness. Will currently oversees all of our Bootcamp offerings and enjoys programming challenging and effective workouts. If your aim is to get stronger and leaner or totally transform your body, Will is sure to get you to your goal in no time at all. Will is available for one on one or semi private sessions.
PHYSIO & MOVEMENT SPECIALIST
Paul is an experienced physiotherapist with a background in elite sport in discus and rowing. He is a University lecturer and has an ardent interest in developing people. Paul has been in private practice for 11 years. His work has involved a broad range of aspects as a physio including general musculoskeletal practice; working with children and adults; work injuries; sports injuries; and rehabilitation to name but a few. He has worked in the National Health Service in the UK and for national sports teams in Rugby Union; hockey; and netball. In his practice there is an ethos of education to inform his clients of how best he can help and to give the person the value of understanding their condition or injury.
